  • Eligible Returns

    • Manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery (e.g., material flaws, assembly issues).
    • Incorrect product shipped by JOYOR.

Non-Eligible Returns

      • "Change of mind" or subjective dissatisfaction.
      • Damaged/missing accessories (e.g., chargers, toolkits).

    • Return must reach our warehouse within 2 weeks of approval.

5. Costs & Responsibilities

  • JOYOR Covers Costs

     (if defective/incorrect product):
    • Full refund including original shipping.
    • Return label provided (cost deducted from refund if used).
  • Buyer Covers Costs

     (non-defective cases):
    • Return shipping + refurbishment fee (€100–300, depending on model).
    • Risk of loss/damage during transit lies with the buyer

  • Approval Time: 1–4 weeks after warehouse inspection.
  • Processing: 5–10 business days via original payment method.
  • Delays: Contact your bank/card issuer first, then email support if unresolved.

7. Critical Notes

  • Battery Compliance: Follow UN38.3 certification standards for lithium-ion battery shipping .
  • Documentation: Retain order receipts and tracking numbers.
  • Partial Refunds: Issued if accessories are missing or non-original packaging is used.
