Returns & Exchanges
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.
Please note: Items marked “Final Sale” and customised items cannot be returned/exchanged. Sale and promotional items remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
All goods must be returned in their original sales condition (unridden, undamaged, unaltered) and in original packaging.
The return/exchange is not free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any associated import duties.
We only accept returns from the country where the order was originally delivered.
HOW TO RETURN? Step 1: Contact support@joyor-escooter.com with your Order Number and Proof of Purchase. Step 2: Follow our instructions to pack the item and complete the Pro-Forma Invoice for customs. Step 3: Ship the package to our designated logistics center.
REFUND PROCESSING Once your package reaches us, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
